1. Conformance Status

This website is largely compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549. "Largely compliant" means that individual deviations may occur. These are listed in the following section and are continually being addressed.

2. Non-Accessible Content

The following content is currently not, or only partially, accessible for the reasons stated: • Embedded Google Maps: third-party content whose keyboard and screen-reader operation is outside our control. Address and routing information is additionally provided as text. • PDF brochures: older items may not be fully tagged. On request we will provide the content as an accessible alternative (e-mail or web page). • Older product images: in some cases meaningful alternative texts are missing. These are being added as part of ongoing maintenance. • Embedded third-party videos: subtitles and audio descriptions are the responsibility of the respective provider.

3. Additional Personalisation Options

The accessibility icon at the bottom-left of every page lets you make the following adjustments, which are saved in your browser: • Adjust font size steplessly between 80% and 160% • Activate high contrast • Activate readable font (Atkinson Hyperlegible) for users with dyslexia • Larger line spacing for easier reading • Pause animations and motion • Underline all links • Strongly highlight keyboard focus • Enlarge mouse cursor The website also automatically respects the operating system setting prefers-reduced-motion.

4. Preparation of this Statement

This statement was prepared on 29 April 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment. The self-assessment was carried out using the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria and EN 301 549, with automated tools (Lighthouse, axe DevTools) and manual testing (keyboard navigation, screen readers NVDA and VoiceOver, browser zoom up to 200%).
