This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on this website, their purpose, how long they are stored, and how you can withdraw your consent at any time.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise you on subsequent visits, remember your chosen language, or analyse anonymised usage behaviour. We also use similar technologies such as LocalStorage and pixels; legally these are treated identically and collectively referred to as "cookies".
2. Legal basis
We set necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest in the proper operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Access to your device that is strictly necessary for the service you requested is permitted without consent under section 165(3) TKG 2021. For all other categories (analytics, marketing) we obtain your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with section 165(3) TKG 2021 before any such cookies are set or provider scripts are loaded. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Analytics cookies (consent required)
We use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited. The script is not loaded until you have given your consent. For traffic from the EEA, Google uses your IP address solely to derive an approximate location and discards it immediately afterwards; individual IP addresses are not stored. Data is retained for no more than 14 months. Processing by Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out — the basis for this is the European Commission’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.
